Roofing Homes on the East Side of the Metro
Colcon Residential Roofing operates out of 2116 S Norton Ave in Independence, Missouri. We built the company around a simple idea: homeowners deserve a roofer who lives in the same weather they do. Our crews drive home past the roofs they installed, and that keeps the standard high.
We are residential specialists. We don't chase commercial flat-roof work or bid on new-construction subdivisions. Every day we're on pitched, shingled homes — tear-offs, repairs, storm claims, and the small jobs other contractors won't return a call about.
Missouri weather does not go easy on a roof. Spring hail, summer heat that cooks asphalt, and freeze-thaw cycles that pry at flashing all winter. We install with those conditions in mind: proper ventilation, ice-and-water shield in the valleys and eaves, and synthetic underlayment on every replacement.
When the job is done, the driveway gets swept, the yard gets a magnet run, and you get a written workmanship warranty. That's the whole business model.
Four Things We Don't Compromise On
Show Up When We Say
Scheduled window, confirmed the day before, and a call if weather moves us.
Photograph Everything
You see the same roof photos we do, before and after, on every job.
Quote Honestly
If a repair will get you five more years, we'll tell you that instead of selling a replacement.
Leave It Clean
Two magnet sweeps, tarped landscaping, and all debris hauled off the same day.
The People on Your Roof
Colcon runs small, experienced crews — not rotating day labor. The estimator who inspects your roof is a Colcon employee, and a Colcon foreman is on site for the full install.
